Terms & conditions
This page explains what data we ask for on this site, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. For now the site only asks for your email for the waiting list.
This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

1 Who is responsible for your data
Holon Beyond, S.A. de C.V., with its address at Damas 129, Col. San José Insurgentes, Benito Juárez, 03900, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data we collect on this site.
For any privacy matter, write to hola@holonb.com.
2 What data we ask for
When you join the waiting list we store your email address, the date you accepted this notice and the version of the notice you accepted.
We also store where you came from (for example Instagram or a direct link) so we know which channels work. We do not store your name, your IP address or details about your device.
3 What we use it for
We use your email only to tell you about festival news: dates, programme, guests and ticket sales.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for anything else without asking you first.
4 Where it is stored
Your data is stored on servers of providers that work for us and only process it following our instructions: Supabase (database) and Vercel (site hosting), both with servers in the United States.
5 Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, cancel it or object to its use (ARCO rights under Mexican law).
Write to hola@holonb.com with your name, the email you registered and what you want us to do. We reply within 20 business days at most.
6 How to leave the list
To leave the waiting list and withdraw your consent, write to hola@holonb.com from the email you registered. We delete your email from the list.
7 Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies and similar technologies:
Necessary. They make the site work and remember your cookie and language choices. They do not need your permission.
Measurement and advertising. Tools from Meta and Google that help us see which ads work. They only run if you choose “Accept all”.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.
You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the site.
8 Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change affects how we use your data, we will email you before it applies.
